Gwyneth Paltrow, in collaboration with Kim Little, introduces a novel eyes-open meditation app, Moments of Space, alongside showing support for Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness brand against competition criticisms.
Gwyneth Paltrow, acclaimed actress and wellness advocate, has recently ventured into the meditation app market with the launch of Moments of Space. This app, created in collaboration with Kim Little, introduces users to the concept of eyes-open meditation, a method that allows practitioners to maintain visual engagement with their surroundings while fostering a deep connection with their inner selves. Paltrow’s interest in wellness practices grew from her desire to cope with her father’s cancer diagnosis, leading her to explore meditation and yoga. Moments of Space aims to facilitate a sense of presence and empathy among its users, encouraging a gradual integration of meditation into daily life. The app, which incorporates AI technology, is now accessible through the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
Additionally, Paltrow has publicly supported Kourtney Kardashian amidst criticisms comparing Kardashian’s wellness brand, Poosh, to Paltrow’s own company, Goop. Paltrow criticized the notion of rivalry, advocating for solidarity among women in business. She highlighted a collaborative effort between the two brands—a candle named “This Smells Like My Pooshy,” playing off a uniquely named Goop candle—as an example of mutual support. Both Paltrow and Kardashian have expressed the importance of unity and cooperation in the wellness industry, challenging the competitive narrative often imposed on female entrepreneurs.
