Hunter Biden, the 54-year-old son of U.S. President Joe Biden, is currently facing a legal battle to have a $1.4 million tax evasion case dismissed. The charges, which Hunter Biden has pleaded not guilty to, concern allegations of failing to pay taxes on income earned between 2016 and 2019.
