Customers have reported difficulties with mobile internet and making calls, with Down Detector indicating hundreds of complaints, 40% of which pertain to internet connectivity. Despite Three having over 10 million customers nationwide, the disruptions appear localised. This follows a recent incident where the network faced an outage lasting more than four days. The company has issued apologies and is actively working to resolve the issue, advising customers to visit their network support page for updates.
