The accusations against Combs span several years, with one of the recent lawsuits filed by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Jones alleges that Combs subjected him to unwanted advances and coerced him into engaging in sexual activities with sex workers. This forms part of a pattern of allegations dating back to the 1990s when Combs founded his record label, Bad Boy Records.
Among the accusers is Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, Combs’ former partner, who has accused him of rape, beatings, and various forms of abuse spanning a decade. Additionally, multiple women have come forward with claims of sexual assault against Combs, including allegations of being drugged and gang-raped.
Combs has consistently denied all accusations, with statements asserting, “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.” His legal team has vehemently dismissed the claims as “baseless,” “sickening,” and “lies.” They have emphasized Combs’ denial and their intention to address these accusations in court, stating that settling lawsuits should not be interpreted as an admission of guilt.
